Unless you are planning to do some heavy duty mountain riding most horses are more then fine with just 2 fronts. If you are doing a lot of road riding, and your horse drags his hind toes, that will wear them down faster but if you are just doing a bit of road riding here and there and then the rest of the time you are on bridle trail I would say don't worry about putting hinds on. Keep it simple.
