What is this "shwung?"

I was watching a dressage lesson the other day, not a very advanced rider, the instructor was talking about shcwung (sp?) and it just sounds weird I have no idea what this is?

It is a German word and it means when the horse's back is "swinging" and properly engaged and pushing from behind and the horse is very light. Someone else can probably describe it better but that is what it means to me.
