Horsey goals or otherwise for the year

It's a brand new year so I thought it might be nice if we shared some of our horsey goals for the year or non horse related. I'll start:

I have a three year old WB/TB cross that I want to start in early spring and show her in the green classes at few schooling shows this summer. With my 5year old DWB I want to show her in the 3ft hunters this year.

I have taken a bunch of time off riding due to work and other stuff so I really want to get back into it and my goal is to show my guy at third level by the end of the year. My big thing though is that I need to lose about 20 lbs so I start my diet this month and that is something I really want to focus on. Hopefully by making healthier food choices, getting more exersize by riding more, and by drinking less wine (sometimes I do a bottle a night) I can do this.

You and me both. I find having a desk job is a real ass spreader. lol too much junk food around, and not enough moving.

As far as my horse goes, I would really like to do some dressage schooling shows this year and try training level.
