Tour to 2013 FEI World Cup

My name is Shannon Ardell and I am a licensed travel agent in Abbotsford. I am looking for a group of people that would be interested in attending the 2013 World Cup Finals in Gothenburg Sweden.
As a licensed travel agent, I can provide group travel arrangements, which more often, result in better rates than individuals booking alone. Our rates include airfare, hotels, and transfers, and some guided tours.
There are 2 tours that could be available:
1) Tour to the FEI event April 24 returning on the 29th, 2013 Airfare, hotel, transfers, morning guided tour in Gothenburg

2) Tour of Copenhagen and Swedish State Farms. This is a week long tour leaving Sunday April 21- April 29, 2013
Sample itinerary looks like this (is subject to changes)
Sunday April 21. Fly from Vancouver to Copenhagen Denmark.
Overnight in Copenhagen
Monday April 22. Morning guided tour to include but not limited to: Amalienborg Palace, Christianborg, Trivoli Gardens, Royal Theatre, Carriage Ride Through Deer Forest
Tuesday April 23. Drive to Lund, Sweden. Tour Flyinge, national state farm of Sweden, Overnight in the charming village of Lund
Wednesday April 24 – farm tour TBA, optional tour of Ehrengranath Academy in the afternoon (Swedish National Equestrian Center) Overnight in Gothenburg
Thursday – Sunday attend FEI Events and Eurohorse fair. One half day guided city tour.

Tour to include flights, transfers, hotels, tours, transportation. Tickets to the FEI World Cup finals will not be included in the package. They are available via ticketmaster.

Once airfare prices have been released, I will have a limited time (usually 3 weeks) to sell the packages at the guaranteed rates.
