| Pretty ~15 hand palomino mare. I've used her mainly for gymkhanas in the past, but have gone trail riding, shown her in western pleasure, ridden English, and even jumped her for fun. She has also been around cows. She's a doll at shows and very willing to work and please. If you give her a job, she'll love you for it.
We ran in mostly local shows, but also in events like Race for the Cure, placing in almost every one. We've won silver stirrups, high point, money, etc.
Stacey has great bloodlines-lots of Doc Bar-and is AQHA registered. I've been wanting to breed her for a while now but haven't been home to do so. I went to college and just haven't had very much time to ride or work with her in the last few years...it's time for her to go to a new home. =)
Right now she's a bit tenderfooted and I hope to get that issue resolved as soon as the farrier comes out. Other than that she's in great health. She has never had any colic issues and has always been an "easy keeper."
Stacey would be great for a beginner to intermediate rider--someone who will work with her on a daily basis and give her the love and care she deserves...as well as something to do! She was my first horse and I'd love to see her go to a good home!
